MyCreatorCloset provides an online marketplace where independent creators list and sell fashion and lifestyle items. We facilitate orders but do not own or manufacture the products.
3. Orders & Payments
• Payments are securely processed via our payment provider.
• All sales are final.
4. Refunds & Returns
• For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted.
• Refunds are not available, except if:
• The item is not as described, or
• The item arrives damaged in transit.
• Any claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Creators are expected to fulfill orders promptly and accurately — your purchase supports independent creators directly.
5. Shipping
• Shipping is arranged directly by the creator.
• Delivery times may vary, but creators are encouraged to ship items quickly.
6. Prohibited Use
• You may not misuse the website, harass creators, or attempt fraudulent activity.
7. Liability
We provide the platform “as is” and are not liable for indirect losses, misuse, or delays outside our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
